I’ve been purchasing furniture from this store over several years. The one time I had an issue with a particular piece of furniture they fixed it with ease. Top quality furniture and service every time. My only wish is they offered new styles more often and posted prices on their website.
Never again. The absolute WORST buying experience (start to finish) that I've ever had in my life. I lost count of the lies I was told--they couldn't even get the credit right. Be sure to get clarification when they say, "...from NC". This actually means "made in china", then shipped to NC, for delivery to Atlanta.
I had a very poor experience with this store. Their concept if customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. Sadly I like their furniture but will purchase elsewhere.
