My wife and I were recently in the market for a living room. We decided to stop by some of the local furniture stores in the area to see what they had to offer. All the stores had sales and discounts that were very tempting to a consumer in he market. This is where Ashley home furniture blew us away. We walked in and were promptly greeted with a warm smile and firm handshake from Larry Levin. Larry thoroughly asked all the pertinent questions regarding our needs and wants. After telling him we are looking for a contemporary style furniture vs modern, he broke down all the styles they offered. After deciding that we had to go home to get the specs of our living room he gave us his card and told us to give him a call if we had any questions. Lo and behold we forgot the dimensions of the sofa that we were interested. So we gave him a call and he promptly measured the sofa and gave us a call back within 4 minutes. We decided to go back and purchase on the first day of shopping for furtniture due to this. His level of customer service was surprising. I will recommend all of my friends and family to Larry Levin and Ashley home furniture.
Donna Belle, the sales person that we met today was an excellent helper to find the dining table set that my parents were looking for. She took time to search more options for us and we all were very satisfied with what we found. Going through the paper work process was very fast. I will definitely go back and shop for more.
We purchased a bedroom set from THE BEST salesman, Harrison Weathers. He was very patient with assisting us in finding the perfect replacement for our home. We looked at the competition, but it couldn't compare to the quality, service, and the price (including the 5 year Premium Protection Plan).
Mason, the in-store sales person was really helpful. He provided all the details about the product and financial offers which eventually pushed me from window shopper to a confirmed buyer. My overall experience was awesome at the Ashley’s furniture store in Alpharetta. I highly recommend the store and Mason who helped us while we were there.
