The upper rows are steep enough so you don't even see the other rows, power recliners and a moveable arm rest make for a loveseat lounger. Fun place, but high prices.
Basically: update your projectors! Clearly the red and green bulbs are burning out in several auditoriums, so be a good theater and keep them running at full quality! $15-20 is simply too much to pay for BAD PROJECTION.
Best Theater ever!! We love it here the only place we watch movies. I love the reclining seats. I love the fact that you get to chose your seats in advance we usually go with my family and at times there could be 20 of us. They will even deliver the food to your seats. Its very clean nice atmosphere and the staff is nice. I have AMC stubs so I also enjoy the perks.
The movie experience was lovely with the leather reclining chairs. The staff was friendly and very helpful. However the food was over priced and the ultimate nachos were awful. Not sure what kind of cheese they used but it was not good at all. My children did like their chicken tender meal.
Our screening yesterday - in auditorium 11, was diminished because of poor projection. The image had an ugly 'bluish tint' that covered 75% of the screen. Literally all the actors' faces looked like blue Smurfs. I've seen movies at this theater in the past that were projected with this same problem, although not every auditorium shares this issue. I've never had an issue in the DOLBY or IMAX auditoriums, this problem seems to plague the smaller screening rooms.
Theater experience was a 5, food was good, staff was nice. But the high prices are a 3 which averages out my rating to be 4.
The theather it self is okay. The seat are comfortable to watch a MOVIE. I purchased my tickets in the afternoon (5hrs before the movie) FYI I watched Coco @ 8:15, in room/theather #12. When we got there we went directly to order food; 1st: none of the two guys at food counter asked if I was a "stub member" so thanks to them I will not get points based on the money I spend. The food WAS HORRIBLE - my wings were very salty EXTREMELY!! my food didnt came with the cole slaw - as described on the menu; my husband's burguer was bad too. The churros were okay. I went out and ask to talk with a manager - A young lady between 20 - 26 y/o, short hair ( I dont remeber her name) SHE OFFERED ME to replaced my wings at no cost and specifically said to me "I dont want you to miss the movie so, I'll ask someone to bring the food to you" ====> apparently, she was liying. The movie ended and no one ever came... it's shame tho; if you are telling me you will do something to change my experience here, just do it. Don't promise something yu will not do.... Anyways, In my personal opinion just stay away of the wings on the menu...
