I ordered flowers for my mother on her Birthday this past week. She got the flowers exactly when they were due to arrive. She said they were beautiful and bragged on them a bit when I saw her that evening at my home. Placing the order was very easy, just a quick phone call, told them what I wanted and they handled the rest. My mother told me that the delivery man even went through the trouble of wiping the rain off of the mylar balloon so it would not drip on her floor.
Perfect is the word that summarizes this floral shop and its staff. Hands-down the best florist you can go to in the city of Atlanta. I hired Anya and her staff to do all of my floral needs for my wedding and not only did they meet my expectations but they exceeded it. I had a vision of exactly what I wanted my flowers to look like for the wedding and I did not want to change my mind or be deferred to anything else. I gave her my vision and they provided the vision and made it look absolutely amazing. The flowers were fresh, bloomed and looked absolutely gorgeous the day of the wedding. The customer service of not only her but also her staff was breathtaking. It made the wedding planning process 10 times easier and made it less stressful to know that my floral needs were being handled by professionals who really cared about making my day the perfect day. I highly recommend Anya and her crew at Rogers florist for any floral needs that you may have. Amazing is the best word to describe them

Unfortunately, I can only rate customer service with this post. I placed an order over the weekend to be delivered on Wednesday. Early Monday morning, I was called to be informed that it could not be delivered as the flowers were not available. That's perfectly fine, and I understand completely. However, the young woman I spoke with seemed as if she couldn't care less, and really wanted to get off the phone with me. I was not offered anything as a comparable item to be sent instead. There was no desire to make sure my needs were still met, and that I had a great experience using their services. Customer service can make or break a company, regardless of their products, and it seems they have some learning to do.
Rogers Florist is my go to place when it comes to getting flowers for my friends and family. They seem never disappoint when it comes to creating something unique yet affordable. I find that the designers choice bouquets do look the best since that's were there creativity shines here is a picture of my last order that was made for my wife. She loved it!!!
