She asked me what I was looking for and a price point and gave me an idea of the size of the arrangement assuring me that regardless of the size, it would look great! Boy, was she spot on! The flowers came out looking amazing and they smelled so fresh. So glad I stumbled across this store on a whim and I will definitely be coming back.
These people are AWESOME. I went in for an anniversary gift after "googling" flowers in my area. I was greeted very warmly by a nice woman named Sonny (or Sunny, sorry if I spelled it wrong!)

Horrible business!! My In Laws ordered an arrangement for our anniversary, it was never delivered. My Mother in law checked on it and it was not out for delivery and she discovered that it was set for two weeks after the requested date. She immediately cancelled the order. Instead of cancelling the order (since they were not even going to send it for 2 weeks) They sent it out for delivery so they could keep her money. It arrived two days later. Not only was it late but it was the wrong order. It seems like they just sent out whatever they had so they could say that it was sent. She called and asked them why they sent it anyways and was told it was already out for delivery? This seems very fishy. They told her they would only refund her if we left it on our porch and they would come to pick it up. Four days later it was still sitting there. Today I got a phone call from a women with a very strong accent asking if I received the flowers. I told her that I had but they were wrong and were supposed to be picked up. She then started questioning me about why I changed the date and starting blaming the person who ordered them. Who calls the recipient of a gift and does this? I told her it was very unprofessional and asked her to not call me again. I will NEVER use or recommend this company.
