I wrote a review back in April 2016 and it was a good one.....but now this is a bad one. They charge you a few for every single thing!!! Opening their front door may cost you. I agreed to pay $83.20 a month for 3 months. Every time I come in, my payoff amount would go up with no good explanation. I have dental insurance with Delta Dental, and it is pretty good insurance. It's just that this office has a fraudulent type of business practice in my opinion. I just got a notification from my bank that $100.43 was withdrawn from my account, but I agreed to pay only $83.20. So why was $17.23 taken from my account??? It seems a little sketchy to me. Not only did that happen, they also withdrew money 7 days before they were supposed too. So not only do they overcharge, they also charge on dates that were not agreed to!! I'm beyond frustrated with this practice!! What I once thought was an amazing dental office has turned into a nightmare!!
This office is new and very comfortable. I have several metal fillings that I wanted replaced and I needed a crown. I really get nervous about going to the dentist as it is, so needing all that work, I REALLY wasn't looking forward to the day at all. Well, I will definitely be back! The entire team made me really feel at ease. The doctor replaced all my fillings and I got my new crown the same day!

I went in for a routine cleaning. I was told everything was covered by my insurance only to find out i am being charged for everything. They did some sort of x-ray that was not covered and charged me almost $100 for dental instructions. Complete ripoff they are just trying to make money. Will never go to them again
Oh yeah, and I've noticed that my dental health has been "declining" according to them. What was not "good" when I had my first visit, went to "worst" all while under the care of a "dental hygienist" which makes no sense to me. I thought the purpose of a dentist was to improve oral health, not make it worst. I was already starting to think that this practice was a bit of a fraud....now after this incident, I'm sold!!! Stay AWAY from this practice at all cost....literally!!! They are a new practice that I thought would take care of their customers, but they are no different from most companies....they just want your money!!!! Do yourself a favor....buy the Crest Pro-Health toothpaste and a good mouthwash/rinse and visit one of those $60 cleaning dental places...get in and get out!! Don't even waste your time on bogus treatments from these practices and their bogus charges!!! And just to think, I've actually referred several people to this practice.........
I just got home from this dentist...It was the worst dentist that I have ever been to..All I wanted was my teeth cleaned for 59.00...Couldnt understand a word the dentist said...They wanted 6 hundred dollars to over haul all my teeth when I just wanted my teeth cleaned.When I said no the attitude changed .they cleaned my teeth in 2 minutes.I was furious....I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND HOPE YOU DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.Also plan to spend atleast 3 hours there...Alice molpus
