I have been taking my children to Dr Haffner for almost 18 years. She is one of the most patient and innovative dentists I have seen. My child is on the spectrum and he always says he wants to be a dentist after his visit. My other children are also cared for well. Dr Haffner' s staff who cleans their teeth is very gentle on all my children. My sensory issue child is treated just fine for his condition.

Thanks for you professionalism, patience, and understanding during our recent visit. I have visited numerous pediatric dentist, and this place is the best around.
The place is amazing. Very kid friendly. I felt right at home there even as an adult. The staff were professional and kind and full of smiles. It was a very pleasant experience. I Will Definitely Be bringing both kids. Awesome staff. The dentist was professional and caring in every way.
I'm happy to see that evidently the page for "Dental Care for your Special Child" has been removed from Christy Haffner's website. I took my child with Special Needs -- Down syndrome, autism and learning delays -- to Dr. Haffner for several years, but eventually the staff badgered me into letting them put my son into a "papoose" so they could "thoroughly clean his teeth." I knew this was a bad idea for my son, but (sadly) I finally relented. He screamed and struggled so much that he broke blood vessels in his face, and the staff was still unable to thoroughly clean his teeth, yet charged me extra for an assistant who did nothing -- they had ME lay across my child to try to hold him down! Eight years later (and at a different dentist, of course), my son is still so traumatized by the experience that he will not lay down in a dental chair. When I tried to return and speak with Dr. Haffner about the experience, she would not talk to me. When I wrote her a letter, she never responded.
