Is it possible to give ZERO stars? They are extremely pushy about the membership. And if you aren’t a member well you’re screwed! I watch them clear the entire member queue (15cars) without letting a single non member car in. Even after the queue was cleared they waited for more member cars to come in and cleared those.

They do a good job. Can be crowded on the weekends. I usually go during the week if I can. Right next to Starbucks so you can get the car washed while sipping your favorite coffee drink.
This place is the bomb! Great for monthly deal on a car. Go as often as you like. The wash/wax finish is stellar.
They do a thorough job of cleaning cars. They have a very nice club program.
I have been coming here for about 3 or 4 months now and it honestly feels like the quality of the wash and Detail inside it has gone downhill each visit. Last week I brought my personal car in for a wash and there was lots of areas that were missed both inside and out. Today I brought my boyfriend's car in to surprise him for when he gets home from being out of town and the dash is still covered in dust all the little compartments in the center console have stuff In and on them still just really not thrilled with a quality I'm paying 32 bucks for a car wash then I have higher expectations than the services that are being provided. I wasn't even there 10 min... I really enjoy giving money back to local community places that I guess I'll go back to Cactus from now on... :-(
