Today I went there again and this time i chose the basic plan. However, Andy and his coworker cleaned me car inside and outside thoroughly. They did excellent work.
I don't know the best car wash place in the area but next time I need work done I will be willing to drive out of my way for quality service and people who stand by their work. This company is not it.
Edit to say it's actually worse than I thought. I resolution to all of this garbage was a gift card to a place I won't go back to.
Please visit them and they won't let you down.
Just awful. Went here cause I happened to be close by, paid for the top service, received maybe half the work.
They are very detailed oriented. Who does love a clean car?
When I called to complain and ask for a partial refund because you know, only a partial amount of the service was provided, the Assistant Manager while very polite was not very helpful except to tell me that if I wanted to come back they would do the work - that I already accomplished as a one man team on my own.
Do not recommend stopping if there are cars on the other side waiting to be detailed & dried.
I am a very picky person but I have NO complain about this business. The first time I went there, their billing system was down. Even they could not charge me, they still let me had my car washed.
I won’t be coming back here. I went in earlier this week for a car wash. I should have used better judgement because there were not a lot of cars there. I had recently came from out of town and had bugs on my grill and side mirrors. After it went through the machine, I still had bug residue on the mirrors and windshield. I even had spattered residue on the side of the vehicle. They did not do a good job with vacuuming. Needless to say, don’t bother going. I’ll go to Castle or Squeakys from now on.
Over an hour wait is not worth the wash. Decent quality apparently just understaffed?
When I got home I, very easily, cleaned some dirt of my cup holders and vacuumed the back of my car, something the Assistant Manager said should have been twice because I had paid for a carpet cleaning.
