A lot of the toys were broken, employees were very rude. Manager offered free tickets to come back but our five year old didn't even want it. It takes a lot for a Lego obsessed 5 year old to want to leave within 2 hours and not come back.
This is the face of customer service, especially when your customers range in age from 2 to 99 years old. Thank this young man at the North Point Mall location in Alpharetta, GA. I am sure he had much better things to do but he took 5 minutes to help my little girl build a boat. He didn't suggest she build something "girly". He jumped right in. With service like this, I will keep shopping at Lego.
