I write this review very hesitantly. First off let me say that the staff is friendly and LISA who is the injector does a wonderful job and knows how to get the best results. Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing the HCG diet has really left me disappointed. After purchasing it I have not been able to obtain the product. I have spoken with the manager and asked her to call me when they receive more. She has told me no I must call. I have continued to call but to no avail. They have none of the product I purchased four months ago. What is even more frustrating is that they sent another email recently with a Special on it even though I am still waiting. Most recently I called and spoke with a Carol who put me on hold. After she came back on the phone she said it will be in on Friday but she won't be in. I told her I would call first thing Friday but after three messages left I received no response. I am extremely disappointed and expect more of them since I have going there for about a year. Beware.... If it's a Special Price it might just be because you will not receive the product.
Excellent experience in every way. Very professional in every way and they made me feel very comfortable. I wasn't sure what to expect but everything was explained thoroughly and the doctor spent just the right amount of time with me answering all of my questions. Would highly recommend.
