Delicious food. Always consistent. My husband always gets the Mongolian beef. I always get the shrimp with honeydew and walnuts. Yummy. Chicken lettuce wraps are delicious too. Location.. Alpharetta, Georgia. Staff is always friendly and attentive.
Uncivil managers and inconsistent servers. This company is the definition of poor managerial proficiency. Thomas, manager of the back out kitchen is an outright disgrace in leadership. He takes upon himself to undermine and discredit the employee's work ethics. He is incompetent to knowledge of production and how to address employee's. His terrible behavior has off set the emotional drive of the employees. The work ethic of this company is terrible, I have witnessed improper training techniques and abandonment of position duties. In addition to the poor work ethic the food is cold and is received in an untimely manner because of the lack of managers and staff. I do not recommend this store or any other store until a thorough health inspector gets involved. I have also seen improper procedures from prep to finish plating. The food undergoes cross-contamination from managers reprimanding duties on employees who have not been trained in a specific area. I have also seen poor cleaning and washing habits created by employees whom are treated uncivil, deciding to half clean work area or dishes; leaving filth for the next person to eat off of (disgusting). Also, this company has built the reputation of putting unskilled managers such as Brock, senior front of the house "manager" is unaware to the stores procedures of regulating staff and communicating. This company greatly needs to take into the consideration of it's employees and customers. The managers needs to be revamped, with the understanding of new managers comes new instructions (hopefully proper) will be taught to ensure a better experience for both employees and customers!
Food was good but it took forever to get someone to say anything. The hostess came to ask and took our drink order. Then everytime we were ready to order appetizers or our meal or desert it took forever. We go there quite often and this has yet been the worst experience and of course it was my husbands birthday. Dont understand because it was super slow Monday night.
After taken to a table. Asked for booth with two open booths available and mostly empty tables . At 5:50 on a Friday. Not busy and was told we could wait but there were likely larger groups coming and they didn’t know how long I would have to wait. So we took the table and looked around at 6 booths that had two people at each of them.

I had a wonderful experience for lunch yesterday. We had the most awesome and attentive server, Harvey. Very nice and on top of everything delivering top notch service. The food was great too and a nice a nice atmosphere. Great job!
