I went in for low back pain that was persistent at night so my Dr referred me to a physical therapy program after two visits, I stopped I was left in excruciating pain on right glute that goes all the way down to my knee I was unable to walk the day after the second visit because of the pain.

I would recommend anyone who needs a physical therapist to come here.

It's been months and my pain hasn't gone away I wish I would have never come here to be left in this situation my right glute with pain down to my knee never went away.

Don't really understand why there are only bad reviews here.

The team here is professional and caring, and I feel very lucky that they work with my insurance.

I saw this location last year following a car accident. My pain hadnt gone away so I came back for treatment. This is the worst physical therapy office I've ever been to. Their front desk is constantly all over the place and doesn't caution you against charges or paperwork before showing up. When I first came again, I thought my doctors order from a few months before would suffice. Nope, they didn't tell me until I got there that I needed a new one. Then they dry needled me when apparently they weren't supposed to and needed the doctors order for that. The second time I came, they informed me that I needed the doctors order to be needled and "forgot" the first time. Third, I showed up on a lunch break to be dry needled. I thought this was covered by insurance. It wasn't until I was walking out the door that they told me it was a 30 dollar charge and wouldn't go through insurance. Now I've received a bill saying that for FIFTEEN minutes of manual therapy (touching your back for knots) that I owe them 70 dollars, or roughly $4.70 per minute, for this when I only had time to be needled, approximately fifteen minutes, and had settled that charge. This office is all over the place and doesn't care about helping those in chronic pain. I had a friend have a bad experience here as well. I wasn't going to write a review but between the complete failure to ever notify me that I need a new prescription, that certain treatments they wouldn't bother to pass through insurance (other physiotherapy offices don't have an issue accommodating to a patients needs and pain), and a billing system in a disarray - DONT go here.

I've been treated here twice (knee tendonitis, and torn labrum), and I have nothing but good things to say about the treatment and attention I receive here.
