Nice furniture, nice staff, good prices
I have disappointed on this store. Their service was very very poor. Since I did not want to have any bad experiences abiut my purchase, I chose them but they were never on time. I can't say anything bad about furniture's quality but I wish their service had same quality also.
I have been going to this store for years and always have a great experience. David, Joseph, and Neil (retired now) have helped me in the past. Years of experience with Macy's furniture and great customer service. Quality furniture that's built to last...I still have a bed, chest, and dresser bought in 1996 that's still like new.
Nice place. The people were eager to help. Furniture quality was very nice. All and all, a good place to buy furniture.
Of the handful of places we went to during our day of furniture shopping, Macy's had the best sales staff. We'll be back soon to make a purchase. Ask for Joseph.
