I had to go to City Hall to pull a permit for a fire alarm system. The Deputy Fire Marshall actually took the time to come meet with me and assisted with navigating the permit process for Alpharetta. I have been to many jurisdictions for permits and it can sometimes be overwhelming. This is the first time, for me, that a Fire Marshall has been so accommodating. Truly excellent customer service! I'd give 10 stars if possible.
