Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly jewelers. We have made multiple purchases worth over 20G. They don't seem to make presumptions on what a customer can afford or will buy based on their attire. We shop in shorts and tee typically. Even when I didn't have my nails done and I was embarrassed (a female thing I suppose) trying on jewelry they treated me with respect and courteousness.

BETTER THAN TIFFANY'S! From the second my girlfriend and I walked in the door we were treated like Royalty. Wali, who runs the store, not only found my now fiancee the perfect engagement ring to what her heart desired, but also respected my budget! My girlfriend and I looked at ALL the other jewelry stores (Even Tiffany's), compared prices online, you name it, we did it, and nothing compares to the top quality, low price, and excellent service we received, and continue to receive at Jared. Seriously, this Jared team at the Alpharetta location is amazing and knows what they are doing. From bringing in any diamonds I wanted to look at, to instant communication with me after their store hours, they made us feel like both their jeweler and treated us like family. I am a young man and let's just say I will be buying all my jewelry there for a really long time. Wali and his team are five star, top quality professionals and I would recommend them to everyone considering buying any kind of jewelry.
A follow up on the review below. I am said boyfriend, and this dropped all of my credit scores by 20 points. It showed as new card, new card utilization (which they called a "mistake" when they charged it) and a new hard inquiry that won't be off of my report for 2 years. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait it out to make sure it wouldn't show on my report, but sure enough it did. I was told by the manager of the location, "Sorry... I hope this doesn't affect our future relationship." Well, it did, seeing as we won't be having one. Beyond unacceptable.
Me and my boyfriend came to Jared to get an idea of the type of ring that I would like in case we were to ever decide on an engagement. The sales people were nice and helpful and I found a ring I liked but never decided on a diamond of course since we were just LOOKING. They said they could check to see how much he's eligible for in case he was to buy through them . They said it would not be a hard credit check and told him what he could spend. We left and that's it. Fast forward to 2 weeks later he received a BILL for $3,600!!!!!!! Of course I called and the lady Myra hung up on me as soon as I asked her why I was receiving a bill. So I called back instantly and she transferred me to someone in billing. He said he would take care of it and as far as we know he did but MY GOD!!!! This totally spoiled the experience for us and I felt horrible! We never officially decided on a ring and never walked out with a ring so why would we even receive a bill ! What's sad is that was our first time looking! We will most definitely not be going to Jared if they are that reckless and make that big of a mistake. And it's too soon to tell if this whole thing is effecting my bfs credit but if it does by all means they will hear from us again. So don't go to Jared unless you want to be billed for things you never even purchased. Total bummer. You would expect more from a "multi billion dollar company". THANKS JARED.
