During a car wash two months ago, this station's rotating brushes lifted my car's rear window wiper arm (not turned on) and ripped it off. (Interestingly, while picking up my car's broken wiper arm, I found at least five or six wiper arm parts that belong to other types of cars scattered around.) I reported my case to Sam's club's customer service. Then my case was forwarded to their hired claim management contractor. Only after my repeated calls I got an answer one month later. And the answer was that the car wash station was not liable for my car's damage. Then I realized the whole claim processing was just a scamming formality designed to lie and deny. You just cannot expect fairness and conscience from dishonest businesses.
