A few days later, I went back to check out a few things. Many blue shirts saw me, none approach to offer assistance. I spent a few minutes circling the display but could not find what I was looking for. After it's obvious no one would come to assist, I left empty with hands.
I was there to pick up an order. That went smoothly.
When people heard the name Best Buy, they always have an opinion. Now I know exactly why.
Although online showed two of the item I wanted in stock. I was told that they are outback in a trailer and they couldn't get to them. Come back Black Friday early if you want one I was told. Wrong answer Home Depot, I was there today to buy one. On my way to Lowe's..... See you later...
Situated at a place which can be located from the street. Have a nice stock and helpful staff to guide their customers. I went the next day post thanksgiving sale to collect my stuff which I ordered online, but still the staff was equally patient enough to explain me my questions.
Sold a Sony 4K TV. Promised delivery at 4 PM or later to accommodate schedule. Subsequently, told that delivery would be before 3 PM , which would not work for me. Staff was dismissive and I cancelled sale. Brandsmart was much more accommodating and customer oriented. They also do Saturday deliveries. Amazon is also better to deal with. Best Buy and Magnolia are the antithesis of customer service. The worst! I am done shopping there.
Terrible experience. I've been in several Best Buys and have never been treated nearly as bad as I was on this particular occasion. A tall husky white male dressed in a Grey Best Buy shirt followed and watched me the entire time. His actions made me feel as if I was not welcomed. If thats Best Buys strategy, its working.
