I wish I would've read the reviews on them BEFORE I went. Overbilling, expensive unnecessary procedures EVERY time. They lost credit card payments I made. Went round and round with them for over 18 months. No one would return phone calls. Then I get a collections call for $700 when in actuality I had a zero balance. I had to get the billing dept and collection agency on the phone at the same time in order to straighten it out. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing but neither seem to care!
One word - HORRIBLE! Had biopsy done; had to make appointment to learn results. Went in ; got results. Planned to go elsewhere because just felt the office was unwelcoming. Called to speak to the office manager - John - never got a call back. Went to another doc just to establish myself for future and he read the biopsy results and felt further follow up was warranted. Bottom line - further testing needed. Will never use this practice again!!!
There are other reviews here that rate this office lower. Certainly that was NOT my experience. Office staff was courteous, Doctors gave inexpensive choice to cure.
Are these people choosing the right office to review? I recently chose doctor French after reading all the GOOD reviews about him and his cutting edge technology for sinus surgery. I've had nothing but great experiences with all 3 of my visits so far and billing hasn't been an issue either. Yes they may be slightly higher in price but still on my insurance plan and you get what you pay for. I'm not shopping price when it comes to my health and safety I'm shopping quality of the doctor and Dr. French is very reputable and knowledgeable. The reviews for this location are vague and seem to be people complaining about things but don't have all their facts straight. Whatever-I'm happy with them.
Went to Dr. French based on my physician's recommendation..They fixed my problem quickly and painlessly.
I needed a CT scan (located in Alpharetta office) super quick & scheduled surgery with Dr. French. It has been a hassel free experience. I need turbanate reduction, polyp removal & septoplasty. Everyone there made me feel better. Now I know what is wrong, & I'm not afraid anymore. To me this is everything.
