It is difficult not to love Nordstrom rack. But the Northpoint location seems to be changing. The layout of the store seems less organized and unsorted as well. I have to try too hard to find the must have purchases. I tend to leave frustrated and go to a different location or a different retail store.
You can usually find some good deals here, but you have to hunt and be on the lookout for defective clothes.
They have the slowest checkout and worst customer service of any Nordstrom Rack. I requested express checkout, because it was taking well over 15 minutes to get thru the line and was told they only do it during the holidays. Well what is 2 days before Thanksgiving, during one of your biggest sales of the year? I shop Nordstom's Rack all over the globe. This is the worst location in Alpharetta, GA.
Not my cup of tea, but cant fault the store. Seems to have some decent bargains but the presentation of the merchandise is just not for me.
Great selection of clothes at reasonable prices. People that work there are friendly, helpful and keep the store clean and in order. I enjoy shopping here.
