Eddie O'Dea at Endurance House helped make my first Ironman a sucess with his tips and bike fitting skills. Thanks Endurance House Atlanta
Great people. Good choice of high quality products, especially the clothes, running shoes, bike accessories, equipment and lots more sports gear for the endurance athlete. We attended a special event Lee and crew hosted, Thank you. Purchased new running shoes. Wife ran in them this morning, really liked them. Will be back!
I went back a few weeks ago because I was having issues with my front brake. Even though I didn't purchase my bike there they were quick to assist. The same guy took about 20 minutes to talk about my first sprint tri and bike maintenance. He didn't try to over sell as he knew my budget is tight so he helped me with the basics. It's always intimidating in the sport because everything is so pricy but he assured me I could still enjoy the sport without all of the fancy stuff.
Will recommend to everyone I know and continue to go to them for assistance/business!
My first time at EH was for a bike tire clinic. Super informative and one of the employees let me borrow his tire because I didn't have a bike yet, he took the time to get to know me and give me what advice he could. I keep forgetting his name and I feel terrible!
I know they have a few group rides and runs, but since I live out of state I have never made it to one. And that's another thumbs up for Eddie, my bikes don't get fit until I'm coming through Georgia.
I finally made it up to Endurance House to have my newly rebuilt road and cyclocross bikes fit by Eddie. He has fit 2 other bikes in the past for me, and the next will go to him as well. Eddie has spent more time in the saddle on a single ride than most Strava segment chasers will do all month. He knows how to set you up for better power transfer, more efficient use of your muscles, aerodynamics, all while keeping it as crotch and hand friendly as possible. His recommendations and technique tips are from professional racing experience, so ask questions, he has lots of answers.
Just had my bike fitting with Eddie O'Dea... Absolutely, without a doubt, worth the time and money!!! I was not only impressed with Eddie's knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics as it applies to cycling, but his ability to teach and provide feedback was remarkable. After only my first ride since the fit, I was faster with using less effort and noticed significantly less fatigue on the climbs! Strongly recommend any cyclist of all levels to get a professional fitting with Eddie! (And leave some extra time for shopping - impressive amount of apparel, accessories, bikes, and shoes! The staff is super friendly and knowledgable!)
As for the shop itself, its cleanest and most well put together shop I have been in. Since it's a "tri" shop don't go in expecting a 100 bike selection. Their bike inventory is petite, fashionable, and built for speed, but don't let that turn you away. I know they carry BMC, Fuji, and Orbea, and can order anything in their line up. I haven't spent much time exploring the shop other than the bike area... I'm not a swimmer, and only run during cyclocross or if I'm being chased by something. But they seem to have everything that you would need if that's your thing.
